Foods To Avoid
Animal products. No meat, dairy or eggs
Artificial flavors, preservatives and coloring
Processed foods (anything from a box, such as chips, cookies, crackers, popcorn etc)
Sugar (agave, honey, syrup etc. fruits should be avoided until 4th day of cleanse)
Starch (bread, grains, nuts, lentils, starchy vegetables like carrots or potatoes, pasta)
Flu like symptoms
Mucus in stool Headaches
(The severity of detox symptoms depends on your toxicity levels)
